The Newburg Fire Department is a non-profit and fundraise through Bingo and the Newburg Firemen’s Picnic held each June.

The Newburg Fire Department is a volunteer fire department that started in 1887 with 15 residents providing fire protection to the Newburg area.

MESSAGE FROM OUR CHIEF

"Welcome to the Newburg Fire Department. We started in 1887 with 15 town residents, today we are made up of over 30 volunteers. While most volunteer fire departments have at least one or two paid on-call type people or permanently full-time, we’re one of the few that are 100 percent volunteer. I’m pretty proud of that."

Firefighter 1 & 2 & EMT-Basic classes. Plus training in house and training events outside of our department.

Retirement Stipend

Length of Service Award, created by the State of Wisconsin, is a financial incentive/retirement stipend.

Positions Available

We take applications from those who wish to become firefighters, EMT’s, or Athletic Club members.
